Sweep Rowing Programs

Sculling Programs

Masters' Competitive Program

Head Coach: Chuck Nagle

The Summer Competitive Masters Program is designed for experienced club and competitive rowers – men and women – and will focus on maximizing technique and fitness in preparation for the summer sprint racing season. Rowers will train to compete at distances of 1000 meters in the summer racing season.

Practice lineups and race entries will include options for men’s, women’s and mixed boats in 8s, 4s, quads and doubles in order to maximize training and participation benefits. Coaches, with the intent of making each experience positive and competitive, will determine line ups and race entries and may use seat racing and erg tests for boat selection.

We are always interested in expanding our team and welcome new members. Please email us at   and our coaches and program directors would be glad to talk with you about our programs. Program details and registrations are below.
